About cSw Learning Center

This Center provides online training for cSw student staff. There are separate courses for writers, editors and graphic designers. All course work must be completed during the summer to prepare students for fulfill their specific job responsibilities. Writers must complete their course before beginning to write their stories and work closely with a cSw Communications Mentor throughout the process. Course work for editors facilitates the coordination of all aspects of pre-publication, including high-level story review, content and copy editing, fact-checking, and communicating with writers, graphic designers, and senior student staff. Editors will work closely with a Comms Mentor throughout the process. The course for graphic designers introduces technical requirements, image sources, and guidance regarding the creation of original images that engage viewers on a variety of social media platforms.
